The Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions (ASAHP) is, what I regard, the premiere national association for colleges of allied health in the country. As such, approximately 125 institutions belong to this selected association.

Each year one nomination is solicited from each member college for their ASAHP Scholarship of Excellence Award. Typically, only 8-10 of these awards are provided each year and the OUHSC College of Allied Health has had an excellent record of nominating students who receive one of these awards.  As you know, Ms. Eunsun Park (CSD PhD Candidate) was our College nominee this year, and it is my honor to announce that she has been awarded one of the ASAHP Scholarships of Excellence!  Dean Rudeen along with the Department Chairman and faculty mentors presented the award to Ms. Park yesterday morning.
