CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR)
A Basic Life Support (BLS) – Health Care Provider Level CPR course through the American Heart Association must be completed every two years while enrolled in an OU College of Allied Health program. Follow the instructions from your department on where and how to provide proof of your CPR.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING TEST
DO NOT submit a copy of the results to your department because they receive a copy directly from Certiphi.
STUDENT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS
Students, you MUST follow the instructions on the form and call the Certiphi Occupational Health Department at 800-799-1328 with the specimen identification number once your specimen has been completed. Otherwise, you will have to re-take and pay for the drug screen again. Additionally, there is a time limit to have the drug screening completed.
