Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, molecular mechanisms of micronutrient and macronutrient function in human health; gut microbiome; precision nutrition; nutritional interventions impacting diabetes, cancer, or health span; community nutrition; food security and safety; and performance nutrition. We are particularly interested in candidates that complement and expand existing expertise within the Department and through engaging campus partners. These partners include the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center, Stephenson Cancer Center, Oklahoma Center for Geoscience and Healthy Brain Aging, and a growing neuroscience initiative. Position Description: The Assistant Program Director/Director of Curriculum for the OU OTD Program supports the Program Director in ensuring the quality, integration, and continuous improvement of the academic and clinical curriculum. This role focuses on organizing and coordinating Curriculum Committee activities, gathering and analyzing data for ongoing curriculum review, managing curricular tracking within EXXAT, and contributing to accreditation reports and the Annual Curriculum Review.
