Guests – Convocation begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. The doors to the McCasland Fieldhouse will open at 9:30 a.m. for guests to be seated and will close at 10:00 a.m. to prepare the graduates for the processional. There are four Convocations in the McCasland Fieldhouse on that day. The doors will not open earlier under any circumstances in order for Staff to prepare the Fieldhouse for the next Convocation. Please do not arrive earlier than this as it could cause you to stand outside in the elements (heat, rain, wind, etc) until the doors open at 9:30 a.m.
Students – Report to Lisa and Cy Wagner Hall (to the north of McCasland Field House) at 9:00 a.m. for check-in and line-up.
**Please do not bring any additional guests with you to the line-up because of the minimal amount of space we are using to accommodate all College of Allied Health students. Also please do not bring personal items with you to line-up because there is not a place to keep personal items such as purses or jackets.

- Parking: there are available parking lots to the north and east of the field house.
