Please bring your friends and family and plan to attend the Convocation Reception prior to Convocation.  This event is an opportunity for you to celebrate with your classmates, family, and friends, take pictures in front of the University Seal, etc.  This is a come and go reception.  Tickets are not given out and are not needed.

Guests, for safety and security reasons please do not go into the graduate seating section or to the stage to take photographs.  This will also ensure that all guests will be able to see their graduate walk across the stage from their seat.

Professional photographers with Party Pics will photograph each graduate as they come across the stage and as they receive their diploma.  They will also take a posed photograph of your graduate after the graduate exits the stage.  There will be a photography staging area set up so that each graduate will have a professional photograph taken.

This service is provided at no charge to the graduate.  Party Pics offers many background choices with purchased photos as well.  You may purchase photographs from the following website; however, there is no obligation.
