Adrien Malek Visits the Department of Nutritional Sciences

Adrien Malek (CPBS 2005) visited our Department recently to participate in research training in the foods lab.  The training was conducted by Dr. Susan Sisson.  Adrienne enjoyed seeing Dr. Allen Knehans, who was on the faculty when she was a student in the dietetics program.  Adrienne is now a PhD student in the education program on the OU-Tulsa campus.  It was great to see Adrienne doing so well as she has used her dietetics degree as a springboard for the next stage in her career.  Alumni are always encouraged to visit our building to see how much the Department has changed and progressed in the past several years.
