Payment Options/Timelines: The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center supports payment by check, money order, or credit card. American Express is not accepted. Payment is expected in full at the time of registration. Early registration is highly encouraged to prevent course cancellation; however, door registration is also acceptable, provided adequate space and handouts are available. A late fee of $20 will be administered for registrations made within two weeks of a course date.
Cancellation/Refunds: The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center provides full refunds of course monies if cancellation is received 72 hours in advance of the course. After 72 hours, 25 percent is deducted from the course fee for administrative costs incurred with registration and printing. Refunds by request only.
