At the Allied Leadership Collective (ALLCO), we believe leadership is not defined by a title or position; it is reflected in how we show up, work with others, and contribute to the communities around us. ALLCO creates opportunities for students, faculty, and staff across the College of Allied Health to discover and strengthen their capacity to lead through practical, engaging, and accessible leadership development experiences.By building skills in communication, collaboration, self-awareness, and leading through change, we aim to help members of our College community grow with confidence, lead with purpose, and positively influence the people and places they serve.
