OT Students Perform Ergonomic Evaluations of Dental Hygiene Students

As part of their final check-out in the upper extremity orthopedics class coordinated by Dr. Randall and Dr. Ciro, the OT students descended upon the OUHSC and Bartlesville Dental Hygiene Clinics to offer ergonomic assessment and consultation. Students performed a standardized ergonomic assessment, individualized differential testing for upper extremity cumulative trauma disorders and provided students with preventative stretching for nerve and or muscle disorders as indicated by presentation.  This was a great opportunity for both the occupational therapy and dental hygiene students!
